For the reed basket that Moses as a baby was placed in, and the ark that Noah built at God's command, the Bible uses the same Hebrew word: tebah. In our lives, with all their challenges, turbulence, shakings, and storms, we need such a tebah of God's, a place of protection, provision, preservation, and help.

Tonight we pray for the requests submitted, celebrate communion together Communion (please prepare yourself accordingly) and go with boldness to the throne of grace, to receive from the Lord there. Sigrid tells how the term "Moses basket" came about for Gottes Haus's prayer work.
