Day 19 – Don’t Serve Your Problem
Whatever dominates your thoughts begins to dominate your life. If you wake up with your problem in the morning, keep thinking about it all day long and go to bed at night with the same worries, then this problem has taken a place that does not belong to it.
Perhaps you experience this: although you pray, believe and rely on God’s promises, you are more occupied with the problem than with what God has said. It should not be that way!
For faith refuses to give any problem the highest place.
The problem may be there – but it must not rule. The diagnosis may exist – but it does not get the last word. The difficulty may be great – but God is greater.
With Holy Communion—please prepare.
Do not worry about your life.
