Again and again in life we have to do it: examine and fine-tune our way of life, our positions, our attitudes, and our view of things according to the word of God. We have to focus anew on the things of God. It's about gaining the right perspective, so that the full purposes of God can come forth in our lives. The Bible calls it the renewal of our mind. The right perspective is of the greatest importance for the course of our life. It needs to be deliberately held on to, just as Paul calls on us: "Hold fast!"

Today Sigrid looks with you at the right perspective regarding our race of faith. For in our everyday life, in the midst of circumstances and struggles, it can easily happen that we lose sight of it. But that must not be true of you!

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the good, acceptable, and perfect will of God.
