There is something that is the most precious substance in the entire universe. Nothing is more valuable, more significant, or more important for every one of us. It is unique — the blood of Jesus, given for every person who accepts him — Jesus Christ — as their personal redeemer and savior in faith. Whoever lays claim to this blood for themselves has everything; whoever rejects it will have nothing, for all eternity.

Christians all over the world think in a special way today of the fact that Jesus shed his blood for us. Sigrid looks with you at some remarkable aspects of the blood of Jesus.

For you know that you were ransomed from the futile ways inherited from your forefathers, not with perishable things such as silver or gold, but with the precious blood of Christ , like that of a lamb without blemish or spot.
