The term "Babylon" occurs twelve times in the New Testament, six of them in the book of Revelation. Babylon stands for the ungodly world system that is steered, manipulated, and controlled by spiritual powers behind it, in order to direct the actions and thinking of human societies.

What is Babylon all about? Martin has examined Bible passages about Babylon and compiled 12 remarkable aspects. We will see that the biblical statements on this fit our present situation perfectly and correspond to the actions of the world system and the global elites.

Ultimately there are only two groups of people. The citizens of Babylon, of the world system, and the citizens of Zion, of the kingdom of God. It is a question of citizenship: citizen of earth or citizen of heaven? Where do you stand? Every one of us must decide.
