We find the interesting Hebrew term “simchah” throughout the Old Testament. In fact, it is true that Joy and enthusiasm for God and His work, which have shaped and continue to shape the entire history of salvation. 

That is why enthusiasm and joy, jubilation and happiness are not merely incidental emotions; rather, they show that God’s children are a true understanding of their Lord and Savior have. They celebrate His covenant and His deeds—regardless of external circumstances
