A seal is used to sign a legal document or to guarantee the authenticity of that document. In the Bible, seals serve, among other things, to establish and protect ownership. It also tells us about the Meaning of the Signet Ring. It symbolizes identity and authority; it was a Signs of Authority and firm and certain confirmation.

Sigrid talks with you about people in the Bible who were familiar with seals: Daniel, Joseph, Jezebel, Nehemiahh, Jeremiahh, and also Paul in the New Testament. There is a prophetic significance for us today in this, for God Himself seals us with His Holy Spirit. He deeply imprints His seal upon the hearts of us, His followers—and with it, His affirmation, His mark, His authority, and His declaration of power in the name of Jesus.

But the one who strengthens us together with you in Christ and has anointed us is God, who also sealed and has given us the Holy Spirit as a pledge in our hearts.
