The Lord over Might, Power, Authority
The terms might, power, and force are core terms of the Bible. They are special marks of the nature and rule of the Lord. As the Almighty, God exercises his rule over the whole of creation. Jesus Christ is the one to whom all power in heaven and on earth is given, and the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of power.
Pentecost was the transfer of power, anointing, and responsibility for the kingdom of God to the followers of Jesus. Their task is to preach and to "live" the kingdom of God.
The Holy Spirit is the power that was at work in Christ, that flowed out from him, and that also raised him from the dead. And he is the power that is at work in us, the followers of Jesus, in the very same way.
Yet many Christians have no revelation of what has been handed over to them. Let Martin take you into this subject. Understanding the power entrusted to you can change your life.
From the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven has suffered violence, and the violent take it by force.

Acts 1:8
Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and authority over all the (!) power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.

2 Timothy 1:7
