What we decide for or against shapes our spiritual life just as much as our everyday life. These decisions are made in the heart, in the inner being. And when our mouth speaks out what we have inwardly resolved, our words carry it and set it in motion.

Sigrid takes you into the meaning of "I will." This is not just about the big, obvious forks in the road of life. Often it's the many small, inconspicuous decisions in everyday life — the "normal things". It is precisely in these that the orientation of our heart shows itself.
