As children of God, we have an unshakable kingdom receive – that is the message that shines out to us from the New Covenant in Jesus Christ. The word “receive” is one of the most important terms in the New Testament. Grace, salvation, forgiveness, healing, provision, and much more—we have received it all. We are to walk in the gifts of the Spirit we have received, the calling we have received, and so on, and bring them to ever greater fulfillment in our lives.

Today, Sigrid is focusing on receiving what God has in store for us and what He offers us in His Word. One thing is clear: Only the “things of God” have the power to change us and our entire lives. 

One of the great prophetic verses of the Old Testament also speaks of the coming and the reception of King Yeshua:

Rejoice aloud, Daughter of Zion; shout for joy, Daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King is coming to you; he is righteous and victorious.
Zechariah 9:9
