If you engage with the complex subject of breathing, respiration, and everything connected with it, you quickly notice that this is a unique wonder of God. This bodily function, which we as a rule take for granted, is just as vital as it is fascinating.

In the Old Testament we find the Ruach, the Spirit of God, hovering over the waters, and God the Father, who breathed his life-giving breath into humanity. Sigrid engages with the breath of God and with the fact that Jesus also breathed on his disciples in order for them to receive the Holy Spirit.
