For example, a life-threatening diagnosis, a separation, unemployment, the sudden loss of a loved one — and distress tries to wrap itself around us like a dark coat. Fear and worry are two powers that then want to present themselves in their full sharpness.

Sigrid will help you with various tips to keep your "focus on hope," and will look with you at an incident in the New Testament in which several things will probably seem quite familiar to you. The message is: don't worry, Jesus can handle the storms in your life!
