In the List of Heroes of Faith In Hebrews 11, a woman is listed who doesn’t seem to fit into the picture at all. She is a prostitute. Her name—Rahab—is mentioned eight times in the Bible, and on five of those occasions, the text makes a point of clearly mentioning her “profession.”
