We all sense that we are currently living through “dark days.” The situation looks dire and is spreading a darkness that reaches out for us and seeks to frighten us. This makes it all the more important that we focus entirely on the Lord and fill ourselves with the word of hope. Our God is a consuming fire, and He has He promised to always be with us—no matter what happens, no matter what the circumstances may be.

The Lord has prepared us for the work of the harvest; He will show us the fields that are ripe and, through His Holy Spirit, give us the strength to bring in the harvest. With faith and trust in Him, we will press on and experience His victories. Sigrid highlights today a remarkable verse that spoke to her and that will bless you, too.
