In Romans 11:29, we read that God does not regret the gifts and calling He has once bestowed, and that they are valid forever. As disciples of Jesus, we are people with a calling, His people, His possession, ambassadors, envoys in Christ's stead. We are the An Expression of the Kingdom of God in this world.

Sigrid reminds us once again that we have a royal and a priestly calling that empowers and calls us to fulfill our God-given mission. On the one hand, it speaks of the example of a failed, tragic life as an ambassador. And on the other hand, it encourages us through the testimony of a passionate ambassador for Jesus who, a good 100 years ago, gave his life for the Lord as a true overcomer.

But you have been washed clean, you have been sanctified, and you have been justified through the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and through the Spirit of our God!
