Brilliant: I Am!
In the Old Testament, God introduces himself to us with his name: YHWH, or "I am" or: "I am who I am". The name YHWH, so unfamiliar to many Christians today, is used more than 6,800 times in the Bible.
In the New Testament we find Jesus, who continually clashed with the religious authorities because, in his speeches, he brilliantly kept linking back to this self-designation of God, "I am" — and so clearly that they wanted to stone him for it.
Martin looks with you at the mystery of Yeshua's "I am" sayings and why it is so important to have an understanding of "I am." For through his Spirit, "I am" lives in every born-again child of God.
