In times like these, people try to Adversity, discord, and unrest to touch our hearts. Fear and Despondency seek to preoccupy and paralyze us, robbing us of our joy and peace. It is precisely then that it is of the utmost importance to lift our eyes to the Lord and listen to what He says. We must adjust our focus properly.

Veronica West welcomed a prophetic encouragement for all of God's children, who find themselves in such a situation:

“Why are you so downcast, My Beloved, as if a dark cloud of unbelief and fear had descended upon you? Behold, I AM not a God who is distant or unapproachable, uninterested, or too busy to give you my full attention…“
