We're all familiar with the expressive biblical image of the harvest field, which is ripe and ready to be harvested. It is an image that symbolizes evangelism and mission, for spiritual harvest season, for revival, for bringing in the sheaves into “God’s barns.” Jesus Himself calls on us to pray that the Father will send workers into the harvest. He says that the fields are already white—that is, ripe for harvest.

But the Bible tells us about something unusual that threatens to jeopardize the harvest. They're "little foxes." What's that all about?
