2 Chronicles 17 tells us about a situation that still matters for us today. King Jehoshaphat strengthened Judah not only with soldiers and armies—he strengthened it with the word of God. His strategy was to build with the word of God. And so he sent teachers with the Book of the Law throughout the whole land. He understood this one important truth:
