The term “Reich” refers to the sphere of influence that someone or something has Rule, Authority, and Reign exercises. One of the most important truths in the Bible is the Incompatibility of the Kingdom of God with the Kingdom of This World. Nevertheless, many Christians believe they can live under God’s authority and, at the same time, quite naturally, under the rule and authority of the world system. For, they say, one is spiritual and the other is earthly. But is that really the case?

The fallen world system is referred to numerous times in the Bible as darkness, and the Kingdom of God as light. The two are incompatible. Darkness represents fallen humanity under the influence of the powers of evil. It is the realm of sin, of being lost, and of separation from God.

Martin is investigating the coming of the Kingdom of God—the light—into the very heart of this world’s system—the darkness – based on the Bible. He refers to this as a “divine invasion.”

He has rescued us from the power of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son of his love.
