The Exchange of Garments
We are approaching the days when we want to reflect deeply on Jesus’ work on the cross. We may claim for ourselves what He has done. He died so that we might live. What a grace and what a privilege!
Sigrid thought about the massive exchange according to, that was carried out on the cross. What does this exchange mean for us? It’s about the newness of life for us as children of God. It’s about life springing from what is dead. It’s about a complete transformation from what seems impossible—what appears to be unchangeable—to the greatest victory of all time.
The Bible says: Put on this new life, just as you put on new clothes, because you have become new people. Sigrid reflects with you three examples, what that means for our faith today.
… the new person put on , created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.
