Times of fasting are meant to serve so that we become renewed people. They are special times with the Lord that show us where we should clean up in our inner being. Where we should put off what is old, worthless, and false, and put on what is new and pleasing to God.

Sigrid talks with you about the importance of making use of these times and being focused. They can be a great gain for us and bless us in a special way, for they offer a genuine opportunity for the renewal of our inner being.

Be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.
