In Holy Scripture God introduces Himself to us by His name. He tells us how He wants to be addressed and called, and that this name is eternal and holy. But the Most Christians don't really understand the significance of this very important name. Why is that? Why don't we use God's name in our conversations, songs, and prayers?

Martin explores the meaning of the name Yahweh with you and explains how it came to be that it is rarely used, with other terms taking its place instead. He reflects on the Third Commandment and asks whether, in the context of a genuine and healthy relationship with one's father Wouldn't it be more appropriate to refer to him by a specific title rather than an anonymous one? to address him by his real name.
