In the Old Testament we find numerous prophetic predictions about the Messiah. But on closer examination these are puzzling, indeed contradictory. The biblical statements at times seem to genuinely contradict one another. What is this about? It concerns two sides of the same coin. Different prophecies emphasize different aspects.
