One of the most important things when reading the Bible: what the Old Testament reports as events in the natural realm applies to us today, as followers of Jesus, in the spiritual realm. Can you transfer what you read in the Old Testament to your life today? Can you grasp for yourself the importance of what God tells you in it?

Sigrid talks with you about the importance of what we read in the Bible truly reaching our heart. In the book of Acts we meet a man who was studying the word of God but did not understand what he was reading. To help him, God resorted to extraordinary measures and sent one of his servants. His question was: "Do you understand what you are reading?"

And now I commend you to God and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up and to give you the inheritance among all those who are sanctified
