What are we to do about the flood of ominous information looming on the horizon of our lives like a dark cloud front? How long will it be before this storm breaks over us and our loved ones? Will we make it through?

It's only natural to be worried. Worry is the anxious and painful act of thinking ahead without the certainty that we can actually cope with the impending difficulties. Worries come uninvited, at the wrong time, and against our will. They flutter into our homes with the newspaper, flicker across the screen, and find their way straight into our thoughts and our hearts.

Sigrid shares a story from her life in which she learned to move away from worries and toward victory. What practical steps can we take right here and now to combat worry?

Let not Don't worry … For the nations seek all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.
