End of March 2020: For many Christians, what is currently happening worldwide is an end-times scenario. Quite clearly: what we are experiencing is a massive worldwide shaking. At the same time, many people ask themselves what is actually happening right now in the spiritual dimension, because with all the countless opinions, information, and news, it's hard to keep a clear view.

Starting from Jesus’ end-times discourse in Matthew 24, Martin invites you to take up with him a spiritual-prophetic view of the current situation.

Over the past years, prophets have often taken up the theme of shaking in their messages. Here is one example:

“For I am a God by whom everything that can be shaken, is shaken … You will see that I will shake everything that could hold back my coming glory . I will shake the deniers. I will shake the mockers, and I will shake all who resist and stand against what I have now prepared for this time. Watch as I begin to shake what in the past was considered unshakeable.

For this is a time of turnaround. I am getting ready to turn the things that would not turn. I am setting out to open the lock on the door that would not open. Watch as I move the bolt and open the door — and watch as I shake the unshakeable. Watch as I bring to fulfillment what I promised in past days — that the glory of this latter house will be greater than the glory of the former. As I shake and as I open, I am releasing a new dimension of my glory free!”

Barbara Wentroble with Chuck D. Pierce, November 20, 2013

Let Martin explain to you why he believes that the whole corona scenario will be over faster than it currently looks, why he thinks the dark, spiritual covering over Germany is right now collapsing, and why he assumes that we stand on the threshold of a mighty move of God.

Arise, shine! For your light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you. For behold, darkness covers the earth, and gloom the peoples; but the LORD rises upon you, and his glory appears over you.
Isaiah 60:1-2

Picture 1:

Martin Baron, May 4, 2000

I was in the air, very high up, and saw Central and Western Europe from a southeastern vantage point. It lay in twilight, relatively dark, but the geography and topography could be clearly made out.

Then I saw a huge fireball in the sky, like a comet, truly blazing with flickering flame. It fell with great speed toward Europe, into the area of central Germany. It was very large and had a circumference of about 1/20 of the area of Germany.

However, the fireball completely vanished when it hit. There was no impact, no shaking, no detonation. It simply vanished, quite gently.

The land was exactly as before, still dark. It seemed as if nothing had changed.

Slowly, however, the land at the spot where the fireball had fallen began to change color. I noticed that it was glowing. It glowed like a metal plate heated from below, which first turns red and later brighter, until at last it is glowing white. After a while, the area of land where the fireball had vanished became radiantly white.

This glow spread out completely evenly in a circular shape in all directions. Glowing white in the middle and slowly cooling toward the edges, this circle stretched across large parts of Central and Western Europe.

I asked what this glow was.
As an answer I was given: “The Holy Spirit!”

In the picture I then came very close to the white-hot area in the middle. There I saw people with raised hands, completely surrendered in worship. The hottest place, the white area, was the center of worship. There was holiness.

In the evening the picture became complete

I again saw the people there in worship. They did nothing but worship. There were no other activities, only continual worship.

Then I saw that the ground beneath them consisted of white flames. They were literally standing in fire. Suddenly this fire licked up onto the people and set them alight. They turned into flames. I no longer saw the people, only vertical, flickering, white flames.

Then these people, who until then had been standing facing one another in a circle, turned outward and moved apart, completely evenly and slowly, in a star shape.

As this happened, I knew that an unbelievable, ecstatic shout of joy broke out in heaven, and that millions of angels, people, and creatures watched this event, fascinated.

The people went out and spread this glowing white like a star. They moved slowly and evenly and went out beyond the area that was already glowing.

A voice asked me: “Do you want to be such a flame of fire?”
I answered: “Yes!”
Then the voice continued and said the following:

“Tell those who are with you that they can be such flames of fire. Glowing with the holiness of God. Holiness is nothing terrible.
It is unspeakably attractive.
It is the nature of God.
Every person longs for genuine holiness.
It is gentle and unbelievably strong.
The Spirit of God is holy! Completely gentle and completely unconquerable. And he is in your hearts, fills you, penetrates you, sets you ablaze.
To be holy is beautiful; it is God’s plan for your life, it is his plan for this world.
To be holy is to be glorious.
You do not make yourselves holy; God does it. He alone. Let it happen! This happens in worship. Worship is much more than praying and singing songs; it is setting all your security, all your attention, on God.

The holiness of God in his people, his servants, is unconquerable. Nothing can hold back glory. The people set alight will go all around the world!
And hear this: when this happens, it is near that the Son will come again. Heaven rejoices, for the unworthy are coming as glorious guests to the wedding feast.”

Of the angels he says: He makes his angels winds, and his servants a flame of fire
Hebrews 1:7

I am standing on a dark, pitch-black plane that is somewhat yielding and “wobbly.” Everything around me is black. But right away, some distance off, I see a red flickering, and behind it something white. Then I realize I am standing on something like a black “cloud.”

I look behind me and everything is black like a dark sack. Not even reflections of light can be seen; true darkness reigns.

But in front of me the flames blaze up mightily. It is like a wall of fire made of red flames, which does have a rather frightening effect on me. Behind the fire it shines radiantly bright and white. It takes some time before I understand what this is. The cloud I am standing on is burning. In front of me I see the edge of a fire that has burned a hole into this black, impenetrable mass, and is consuming more and more of the black substance.

The black cloud stretches, as far as the eye can see, in every direction. But the circular opening, with a ring of red flames, unstoppably devours more and more of it and destroys the black web.

Through the opening it shines up bright and radiant white, which puzzles me a little, since I think the light should be coming down from above — from heaven.

I know that in the area of this opening, heaven is open over the land.

As I pay attention to the sound of the flames, I hear a crackling like a normal fire, but I also hear a hissing when the black mass dissolves. I listen even more closely, and then I notice sighing, groaning, screams, shrieking, gasps of relief, and so on, and I know that these are the sounds of deliverance, healing, and redemption. It is the sigh of relief when burdens are taken off people, the shrieking when demons come out, the sighing when the power of sickness gives way, when chains and shackles of many years are removed, when great oppression yields. It is the relief when the grip of darkness loosens. It is the sound of release.

This fire is the fire of deliverance, of healing, of rescue, of revival.

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor.
Luke 4:18-19

Then I examine the composition of the dark cloud. It is a web of countless black, tangled, sticky strands, ropes, cords, and threads, woven together over and over again. Some of the threads are as fine as hair, some as thick as ship’s ropes. It is actually like a gigantic black, sticky felt. It reminds me of the threads of a spider that wraps its prey in an impenetrable web — only on a gigantic scale.

This cloud, by my impression, must be at least 100 meters thick and stretches — as I said — as far as the eye can see.

It becomes clear to me that every single thread and every rope is a bondage of sin, a sinful act, that increasingly thickened and strengthened the barrier between God and humanity. Over the centuries, an absolutely impenetrable barrier arose from untold millions of sins.

Each individual thread, taken on its own, is rather inconspicuous, but the enemy used myriads of sinful human deeds to erect this separation, this barrier, this “firmament” that separates people from the blessings of God and closes off heaven to them.

Wars, oppression, and every form of injustice, sorcery, witchcraft, murder, abortion, sexual immorality, and everything that removes people from God, has erected this barrier and made it grow more and more, until heaven was firmly shut.

But the fire burns a hole into this insurmountable mass — a huge hole. An opening already of gigantic proportions. Through the consuming flames, the opening in this “cloud” expands more and more, opening the heaven above the land beneath it ever wider.

The inhabitants of gloom and the darkness lay bound in misery and iron chains, for they had rebelled against the words of God and despised the counsel of the Most High; and he bowed their hearts down with hardship. They fell down, with none to help. Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, and he delivered them from their distress. He brought them out of gloom and darkness, and he tore their bonds apart. Let them praise the LORD for his mercy, for his wonders to the children of men! For he has broken doors of bronze and cut through bars of iron.
Psalm 107:10-16

Yet there does not remain the gloom over the one who is oppressed by darkness . … The people who live in gloom see a great light. Those who dwell in the land of darkness — light shines upon them. You multiply the rejoicing, you make the joy great. They rejoice before you as men rejoice at the harvest, as they are glad when they divide the spoil. For the yoke of their burden, the staff <on> their shoulder, the rod of their oppressor, you have broken …
Isaiah 8:23-9:3

The night is far gone; the day is at hand. So then let us cast off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light!
Romans 13:12

Picture 3

Martin Baron, April 4, 2009

I find myself again above the black cloud. I see the great fire at a somewhat greater distance than last time. It is like a wall of red, flickering fire that is devouring this dark cloud more and more, and has already burned a huge, circular opening into it. As I heard later, the opening is already 40 kilometers in diameter.

All around me it is dark, pitch black. But there, where the red fire blazes in the distance, the light shines like a sharply bundled beam of light coming up from below, through the opening, toward the sky. I cannot make out any end to this beam of light; it seems to go into the depths of heaven.

I am again amazed at this peculiar situation, and for a moment I have the impression that I am hanging head-down on the underside of the cloud, so unusual is the picture of the cone of light shining upward from below, from the earth, toward heaven.

After a while I am prompted to look up toward heaven. Except for the beam of light, everything is absolutely dark. It is like a look into the endless vastness of the night sky. I perceive no stars or anything bright. Only the cone of light shines up into the nighttime vault of heaven.

As I look up, suddenly something like a roller of fire, a gigantic explosion, a cloud of fire, comes thundering down from heaven exactly within the cone of light. The word that best conveys the impression is “firestorm.” It comes from above, completely fills the cone of light, and moves like lightning toward the earth.

The beam of light is like a conduit, like a channel for this roller of fire. The fire completely fills the cone of light. Within the beam it also breaks through the dark cloud I am standing on, though without touching it visibly in any way. The red wall of fire that is consuming the cloud simply keeps burning.

I know that this explosive conflagration is the beginning — so to speak, the advance guard — of what will come afterward: the stream of the Holy Spirit that goes out from the heavenly throne room.

Shortly afterward I look down through the circular opening and see people standing worshiping in this fire with raised hands. It fills exactly the area on earth over which the cloud is being consumed and heaven is open, a sharply outlined, circular zone.

I see people going out from this area and thereby carrying the fire further. Soon the circle begins to fray more and more at the edge, and grows as it does. All around, small bright points and patches appear everywhere, which grow, connect, and melt together into an ever larger area.

Everywhere this happens and the area grows, heaven, as a result, opens more and more too. The opening in the cloud grows, more light shines out, which is filled by the heavenly fire, so that the area on earth becomes larger again. An increasing dynamic arises, and more and more people come into the light.

I know that above the cloud, all negative powers over a wide area fled in panic when the fire fell.

Then I see that the fire from heaven, which still completely fills the cone of light, has changed. The consuming, explosive fire is over, and something I recognize as the stream of the Holy Spirit has taken its place. It is a beam, mighty and many kilometers in diameter.

… the day of the LORD is coming, it is near; a day of darkness and the gloom, a day of clouds and thick darkness … Before it the fire devours, and behind it the flame blazes
Joel 2:1-3

She will be visited by the LORD of hosts … with the flame of a consuming fire.
Isaiah 29:6

Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so let us serve God acceptably, with reverence and awe! For our God is a consuming fire.
Hebrews 12:28-29

For thus says the LORD of hosts: Once more — in a little while — I will shake the heavens and the earth, the sea and the dry land. Then I will shake all nations, and the treasures of all nations shall come, and I will fill this house with glory, says the LORD of hosts. The silver is mine and the gold is mine, says the LORD of hosts. The glory of this latter house shall be greater than that of the former, says the LORD of hosts, and in this place I will give peace, says the LORD of hosts.
Haggai 2:6-9

At that time his voice caused the earth to be shaken, but now he promises and says: “Yet once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.” This “Yet once more” indicates that what can be shaken , because it is created, is to be changed, so that only that remains which cannot be shaken . Therefore, since we are receiving an unshakeable kingdom , let us be thankful, and thus worship God in a way pleasing to him, with reverence and awe; for our God is a consuming fire.
Hebrews 12:26-29 (Luther)
