Every year, many people take a “Health Checkup” and place great importance on analyzing their bodies. When Sigrid read 1 Samuel 16: "But God looks at the heart", she was reminded of the term “check-up.”

For the time into which we were born and planted by God to expand His kingdom is unique and challenging. As we now enter a time of Three weeks of fasting and prayer As we get started, we should take this time to give our hearts a check-up—a “Faith Checkup". Where are we really running on the race track of faith? At what point are we in the good fight of faith that has been set before us? Where are the areas in our hearts that need to be cleansed, renewed, and restored? 

Explore Me, God, know my heart. Test me and know my thoughts, and see if there is any path of hardship within me, and guide me on the eternal path.
