It is important to everyone to have a goal in life worth living for. People come under great pressure, and not infrequently become sick, when they get the impression that they are empty inside and go through life without meaning or a concrete goal.

Sigrid talks with you about how God wants us, as his children, to be equipped, fruitful, blessed, and filled to overflowing . Jesus' desire is that all who belong to him live in a close relationship with him and are filled "vessels" that carry his presence.

But if we are already filled with ourselves or with the things of this world, there is scarcely room for what he wants to give us. He can fill us only to the extent that we make ourselves available to him.

Be filled with the Spirit!
